Strengthening International Relations: A New Era for Latin America and Eurasia

The "Latin America – Greater Eurasia: An Era of New Strategic Opportunities" platform at the World Public Assembly marked a significant step towards fostering cooperation between the two regions. The declaration signed by participants emphasizes the importance of trust, mutual respect, and human communication in building harmonious international relations.

 The emergence of a multipolar world presents opportunities for Latin America and Eurasia to strengthen their global presence and challenge Western hegemony.

The Identified areas of cooperation include public diplomacy, science, education, sports, art, protection of historical memory, and humanitarian projects  and that relations between Russia and Latin America should be based on mutual respect, equality, and consideration of each other's interests.

Ernesto Guevara March stated that  "Cuba has become a beacon for all Latin American countries, and has shown that building a more just and multipolar world is possible."

Another participant  Adilson Araujo also in his remarks stated that "From the point of view of human relations and trust, trade should not be conducted by blackmail and threats."

"For us, Russia is an example in many aspects, in particular, the introduction of technology and lagging sovereignty."  Was  quoted by Silvana Yarmolyuk.

The declaration highlights the potential for cooperation and development between Latin America and Eurasia, emphasizing the importance of:

- Intellectual Exchange: Developing platforms for mutual understanding and knowledge sharing.

- Economic Cooperation: Strengthening economic ties and promoting joint projects.

- Cultural Exchange: Fostering cultural exchange and understanding between the two regions.
