BRICS International Business Mentoring Program, Launched at World Youth Festival Assembly in Russia.

The World Youth Festival Assembly has introduced the BRICS International Business Mentoring Program, a joint initiative with the BRICS Women's Business Alliance, to support young entrepreneurs from BRICS countries. The program aims to foster international cooperation, innovation, and economic growth among member nations.
Target Audience: Young entrepreneurs aged 18-35 from BRICS countries.
Mentorship: Participants will receive guidance from experienced mentors, including successful members of the BRICS Women's Business Alliance.
The program covers eight key areas, including:
- Medicine: Developing innovative healthcare solutions.
- Media and Marketing: Creating effective marketing strategies.
- IT and Digitalization: Leveraging technology for business growth.
- High-Tech Manufacturing: Advancing manufacturing processes.
- Social Entrepreneurship: Addressing social challenges through business.
- Education: Developing innovative educational solutions.
- Creative Industries: Fostering artistic and cultural entrepreneurship.
- Agriculture and Food Products: Promoting sustainable agriculture practices.
This will enable participants gain access to:
- Individual Consultations: Personalized guidance from mentors.
- Master Classes: Expert-led sessions on various business topics.
- Webinars: Online sessions on industry trends and best practices.
- Internships: Hands-on experience in business settings.
- Startup Showcase: Opportunities to present startups to potential investors.
The BRICS International Business Mentoring Program aims to:
Equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the global market, encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing among BRICS nations, as well as Support innovative businesses that drive economic development.
The program is supported by various partners, including, the World Youth Festival Directorate,BRICS Women's Business Alliance, Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh),Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region,Russian Music Union, JSC Russian Railways, Phygital Games,RT International Television Channel, and ANO Dialog Regions.
This initiative is part of the World Youth Festival's efforts to strengthen international youth cooperation and promote economic development among BRICS nations.
